The 5-1 Program
It’s a simple approach:  5 program meals and one Lean and Green Meal. Eat every 2-3 hours.  That's it.  No pills or potions–just success.  The Program is very simple and has been used and recommended by over 20,000 doctors and successfully used by over 1 million people now.   They have different approaches for seniors, nursing mothers, diabetics, etc.., but the typical program is called the " 5-1" .  This is the one that I am on.  Very simple!  
Program Meals
There are about 70 different products to choose from such as:  shakes, puddings, soups, chili, bars, pretzel sticks, puffs, hot cocoa, oatmeal, cappuccino, chai latte, iced teas, soft serve ice cream, pancakes, scrambled eggs, etc.  Each program meal is about 90-110 calories.
Lean ‘n Green Meal
And one meal is called your "Lean and Green Meal" either out in a restaurant or prepared at home to eat with your family.  Basically, that meal consists of 5-7 oz. of lean protein (chicken, fish, pork, turkey, lean steak, or meatless options) and vegetables (either a large salad or lower starch vegetables).  
Up to 2-5 lbs per week!
Eating every 2-3 hours keeps your blood sugar steady which makes this program very diabetic friendly, plus it keeps you from getting hungry.  This gets us up to 2-5 pounds of weight loss each week!  Each program meal is fortified with 24 vitamins and minerals, for a total of 100% of your RDA for these vitamins and minerals. Therefore, you are getting all the nutrition you need.  I found my cravings for unhealthy foods have decreased, my energy has increased, and my moods have definitely been better!

There is help & support! You also receive the assistance of a Health Coach, free of charge.  I found I really needed that when I first began.  I had someone to encourage me through the bumps & hard times, answer questions, plus someone that held me accountable & disciplined.  Plus they helped me to develop healthy habits so I can KEEP IT OFF FOR GOOD!  I felt so passionate, and had lost so much weight, that after only 2 months on the program, I decided I wanted to help others, and became a Certified Health Coach myself.
More Free Help
While on the program you’ll not be going at it alone.  In addition to a our help, there is online support with weekly live nurses and doctors calls you can participate in to receive encouragement, tips, etc. There are lots of online resources that come with each new client to help track your foods, assess how healthy you are, articles, calendars, etc.
